One of the primary objectives of CV3 Consultants is to produce quality software that meet our customer's expectations. We are known for the quality for all the features of a product or service that have to do with the ability to satisfy your stated or implied needs.

Some of the factors or criteria that help measure the quality of a software product are:

1. Compliance with the requirements and specifications

2. End user satisfaction

3. Number of defects found in production.

Statistics have shown that taking the time to avoid mistakes from the beginning and defining quality requirements, lower the probability of encountering errors in production.

That's why we focus on interviews with our customers to fully understand their needs and translate them into requirements. Besides we work in the documentation to ensure that it describes properly and fully what the system should do. This assures us that what we going to program is really what the customer requires.

We also include in our process, test sessions to show the progress with the user, as we believe that this is a critical element for ensuring software quality. Through the tests it is possible to evaluate compliance with the requirements defined by the user initially and review details of implemented application.

We have developed a detailed process of development and maintenance of applications, so that the monitoring of each stage can be verified by the customer.

We prepare a work plan to track the activities and verify the compliance of the responsibilities for each one involved in the project.

We seek that the customer engages in project development to ensure that the product is meeting their expectations.

Developing projects

We work our development requests as Projects.

The processes of project management are the following:

Start:
Establish the vision of the project, their mission and objectives, the justification, constraints and assumptions.

Planning:
Develop the project plan to forecast how we will meet the objectives, taking into account factors that may affect the project.

Implementation:                
We implemented the project plan, integrating the team, information is distributed and the required actions are executed in accordance with the plan.

Control:                
It compares the actual execution against what was planned. If deviations are found corrective action is agreed and then the implementation continues

Closing:                
Documents are developed with the final results, changes, evaluations and lessons learned among others.

Team Work

For any project CV3 offers the following resources:

1. Project Manager

2. Analyst Programmer (at least one, depending on the size of project)

3. Technical Leader

The customer must provide the following resources:

1. Sponsor (in charge of project management at the company)

2. Technical Counterpart (if you have it)

3. Expert user4. Users for testing (may be the same expert user)
