Templates

Docflow is a personalizad tool for the user. Information related to a document type is defined in
what we call a "template". A template includes a form (the values you want to save of a
document), the flow of approval, reports, etc..

Forms The application administrator can design their own forms, specifying for each field its type, and if it is required or not..
	Approval WorkFlow Docflow allows working with two types of approval Workflow: • Open, where approved users manually select the next approver. • Predefined, where the administrator defines the path followed by the document during the approval process. Views and Reports Based on a form, the administrator can design a simple way to have consultations on the stored information. MS/Office integration The forms developed can be supplemented by forms developed with MS/Excel or MS/Word.
WEB Interfase The tool was designed to be used with most popular browsers currently used as IE Explorer, Safari,Mozilla. In addition, to simplify the approval of documents from mobile devices like Black Berry, the application complies with their resolution and their browser.
